Sergey was a polite and caring person since he was a kid: used to help his neighbours carry heavy bags, weeded our kitchen garden not to let his mother overload her after hard surgery. He loved his mother so much, always called her, supported her. Inspite of the toughness of his profession his candour and kind-heartedness were boundless. The last operation he participated in was rescuing the pilots of the shot down aircraft. Lieutenant colonel Lysenko’s life came abrupty to an end because of a deathly wound he got.
