Anatoly Chupylka was born in Kaniv, Cherkassy region. After graduation, he entered the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. After completing the studies he started work at the local electromechanical plant; later he was engaged in private entrepreneurial activity.

Anatoly always fought for justice. Helped solve the problems of the local community. The man was elected deputy of the regional council.
Since the beginning of Russian aggression and war in the Donbass, Anatoly could not remain aloof of these events and volunteered to the front to defend the home. In the area of ​​Russia-Ukraine war he served in the ranks of the 81st Detached Mechanized Brigade. Went missing January 20, 2015 during a battle with the Russian armed troops in the area of Donetsk airport during the attempt to evacuate the wounded. The body was recognizable by DNA test.

Anatoly’s son, 18-year-old Taras, who now is studying at the university, used to live with his father. After the loss of the beloved dad, he, in fact, has non family remained except his grandparents, because his mother, the former wife of Anatoly, does not have job, and was never involved in the education of Taras, and he, above all, loved his father, who has passed.
